We use Photoshop Elements to do photo editing and resizing and stuff. But I think there are really easy to use, free sites you can use too. One of them I know about is PikipimpDOTcom. I think it lets you add costumes and word bubbles and bling and stuff like that. Try it out!

I think your pictures are very cute, and that's good enough. But if your Mommie wants to try that type of photo editing I suggest a lot of patience and practice. Or an easy to use online site such as the one Daisy suggested. Also, Photobucket now has fun tools to change your pictures, too. She could try that.
